I had the same problem and used ratchet straps with a wallboard knife as a lever to line up the deck and the hull. The ratchets were too big for the last foot or two at the bow and stern but a rope wound with a stick worked fine. I placed wood blocks under the ratchet straps near the edge of the deck to direct the force.
