I, um, collect "mistakes" and um, hang them on my wall, yeah! Seriously, I'll fix it, and give it a loving home, and varnish it yearly, and send you pictures of my smiling mug paddling it all over.
Or, if you can't stand the thought of being so jealous while I paddle around in your beautiful creation, you can definitely fix it.
Make sure it's not just the deck. The hull could be sucking in 1" or so, making the deck look worse. If it's a combination of the two, it could actually be easier to fix, since you won't have to reef so hard on just the deck.
Definitely put them back on the forms and strap things down well if you're not going to join the hull and deck right away.
Cut some sticks the width of your forms and put them into the boat at each station. Then, if you're reefing with straps on the deck, you won't deform the hull.
Like Dale said, use wood blocks under the straps to direct the pressure.
Look at Kent LeBoutillier's page:
http://www.geocities.com/kentsyaks/
for a good fit-up jig you can use to align hull and deck.
If you decide to join the halves now, strapping tape will do wonders. One strip doesn't seem to do much, but many strips can really exert a lot of force. Buy two rolls and use a lot--what are 2 $3 rolls of tape compared to the value of your nearly completed boat?!
Most importantly, though, do something now before it gets worse or the epoxy comes to a full cure and everything is locked in place.

: The deck is glassed inside and out. I just put it back on the hull (it is
: glassed) and it overhangs by 1 to 2 inches!! Is this a total loss?
