Thanks all. Jay have you used insulation foam? I was thinking about it but didn't want to waste epoxy and cloth to find out that it disolved the foam or something like that. The foam I got was NDA foam(?) It will be ok for a seat but for bulkheads it seems to need more stiffness. Ken I saw that stuff a Wilderness and that was what I thought would work too. The piece that they have left is 16"x16"x3" for i think $65.00. The answer is obvious on that. I will call around 2 o'clock.
