I'm not quite show how to measure rocker (I'm not sure anyone is) but 1.5 inches at either end doesn't sound like a lot to me. In fact, looking at the keel offsets for an Anus Acuta, 1.5 inches sounds a bit on the low end or the rocker spectrum.
It seems that boats have "a lot of rocker" or "a little rocker" but putting a measurement to it is a bit more nebulous.
