what I sould have mentined is the deck is flat with a flange that raps around the hall downward and the hall is rounded where it meets the deck. So - I have a round surface meeting a flat surface and I want to get as good a bond as possible. Will one layer of glass saturated with epoxie be enough? Its not possible to use clamps on the inside only the outside. Of course we never have enough clamps...do we....
