last sunday i had the opportunity to meet mr. morris and his boats at the wooden boat festival at granville island. i couldn't help but notice two external skegs and no bent keels. hmmm. anyway; nice guy , willing to chat at length about his designs and methods. i just wish i had layed the keel before i met him so that could have asked him about the rocker. i'm going to go with the 1.5" rocker and add a skeg later if she needs it.

ps cut your stem pieces from cardboard and check the fit. i didn't and had to buy another board. email me if you like.
