: I lowered the end forms 1/2" each to increase the rocker and dropped the
: sheer 1" in the center but left it at the mark on the end forms. The
: sheer isn't glued in yet so I was wondering what you thought??
I raised the sheer at the stems especially the bow, to get a little more volume to prevent plunging and weathercocking. The bow height on my skinny Walrus is 15", I think it is 13" on the plywood one.
: Is 1" enough? and I couldn't remember if you carried it all the way into
: the ends or not. I'm trying to balance what I want in a boat with the fact
: that it will be a loaner for less experienced paddlers.
Lowering the sheer 1" amidships should be good. What does that give you for a depth to sheer?
: I should be able to start fitting the plywood this weekend.
: Thanks for your help.
