I've brought both System Three and West System across the border with no problems (System Three is from Seattle so should be no problem for you). Got cloth at the same time. Gloves by the box for about $20 for 100 from hardware stores, decent quality brushes the same way from a smaller hardware store which would give a decent price on box orders, sandpaper by boxes of 50. Tend to lump everything together and get prices from a few places on getting everything from them at once (also have been building three at a time) and this has resulted in fair discounts. If you can find a few other people interested in building at the same time, you can make significant savings. If you do try to buy bulk, get extra, its cheaper than buying more at full retail later and you can always use stuff for other projects.
