: Having trouble with leg comfort (left foot falls asleep, strain on back,
: upper legs). Wife and I built a Pygmy triple this last year. Have the
: standard foot pegs with the rudder on the rear pegs. Not really using it
: as a triple, except when the grandkids are around. We are kayak novices.

Stretch beforehand as well as regularly and consider trying a differentstyle of seat than the tradiitonal Pygmy inflatable foam pad. Perhaps carve your own from minicell foam - few hours of time.
Otherwise, try stuffing a towel rolled up under your knees/lower thighs to better support them.
Try also searching the archives for "NBS" or "numb butt syndrome". YOu should find stuff there.
