: - Lay the tape into the seam dry, then wet it out with a brush on-a-stick.
: - Wet out a bit of the tape at a time, push it toward the stem with a stick,
: wet out the next bit, repeat until done.

I just did that job last week (second boat)
I did the saturation method it works well if you prepare all your stuff and go at it .I would prefer to soak the roll and push the last bit with a stick rather than wet out the tape with a brush on a stick. It's a bit of a relief when it's done. Good Luck You'll do fine.
