Big problem with this

Uh, Hmmmmm..... would you please define this term? And please, relate it to the Chesea 17. I've got the boat part figured out, as I would just loan it to a friend on a long term lease arrangement, " they store it ", but if you could tell me how to do this with the " extra Children," I may be able re realign world thinking on having children and custody of .......... Oh.. never mind. I'm sure it's been tried. The possible tax implications got my head spinning. Whew.... I'm O.K. now!! Back to the Garage!!
