About a year ago I was looking up a patent of a windmill on the Gov. patent link and at first I could not get the drawing to show up. But from the Gov. page I was dirrected to an area to down load free software that made it work. This was a different software then I had ever used before to open funny files. So I know you can look at the blueprints, you just have to get through the mazes of redtape. I think I have deleated this information but if I find it I will post it.
