Fairing the plug is fairly easy it took us two alltogether 10 hours, the problems start when you finnish the surface that took us some 100 hours. Maintaining the shape is actually not difficult if you have proper sections and a good strongback. Financially it does not make any sense but otherwise it was an experience.
