Hi Brian. Last I heard, Redmond (I forget his first name) lived in Burlington VT and no longer sells plans. I've seen two other inquiries for Whisp plans. For rowing you have a pretty good selection - I would go to Wooden Boat Magazine's Web site and check out their plans at the Wooden Boat Store. Pick up the three Study Plans books and have fun drooling over the selection.
