Above is a source I'm trying ... she is located in the Cleveland area, and has a website as well as selling on e-bay. This weekend I won bids on boxes of 100 velcro 5" dics for $8.00/100, and her shipping is reasonable, too. The discs on the URL are from a swiss company, and are reported to be "top shelf" according to one of the on-line woodworking mags.

I should have them in a week or two, and if you are interested in their performance, send me an e-mail.

Looks like she also sells assorted sandpaper by the pound (on her website), and rolls that could be cut for your 1/4 sheet sander.
