I just finished a sailing version of the Whisp, with top quality materials costing around $2600 total. Steve Redmond no longer sells plans, but for a while Tom Miliano of Sarasota FL sold them. Apparently he no longer does. As far as I know, and I've kept up with this topic actively for several years through the web, the plans are no longer availalbe
