After you cut the panels out, check the edges for voids. If you see any, fill them with epoxy. Your boat will be fine.
Also, remember that your cut panels will probably be under the greatest stress as you are handling them during the building process. Treat them gently. After the boat is stitched together, the panels all reinforce each other to make a very strong boat.
