Hi Dan,

I will try this one more time. AOL has a bad habit of knocking me off line and loosing everything. Building with blue or pink polystyrene has been in the back of my head for some time. A suitable sanding filler for cracks and holes is the next problem. I orginally thought Great Stuff foam in a can might be OK but I found that epoxy would slowly degrade it over time. But if that problem is solved I think some serious building could take place. It would be nice to have a 30 lb kayak.
