I've installed several Guzzlers. I recommend the horizontal-handled 500 model. It's easy to adapt to the front bulkhead of the cockpit so that you can use your feet to pump while you are regaining control of the boat. For a return spring I use a lightly-tensioned bungee running from the 'toe' of the foot-handle to a fairlead jam cleat mounted under the deck just ahead of the cockpit.

If the photo here works (and it's been spotty today), it's of the internally-sprung foot 'button' model, which looks nicer than it works.

There are other brands available, and making your own is not beyond the competent do-it-yourselfer. Your local power/recreational boating supplier may well have one or two models or be able to order one for you if you can't find anything on the web. Last I knew, you couldn't order Guzzlers on the www., but they were available locally (Seattle metro) in at least three different suppliers.
