It provides a very tangible picture of what he did in NY. Instead of watching tonight's episode of "ER" this evening, I turned off the TV and listened to this interview and am better off for it.

I just finished listening to your interview on NHPR. Thank you for sharing your story. In a lot of ways the events of this week are too big and too horrible for one's mind to comprehend and that leaves you mind trying in vain to understand the incromprehensible. I think hearing accounts like yours helps to put the event into terms that are concrete, and with a human touch. Thank you for the example you have been to us all.
