6'4 - 290,,, which kayak to build

Hello, im sure these type questions are postd often , so please allow me to add one more.I am an avid paddler. I grew up on canoes, started paddeling river running kayaks about 5 years ago. i have decided i want to try sea kayaks, andwould like to build one my self. This will be my first atempt to build a boat. I am 6'4 290 and want a boat thats fast but not to long, but stable.I need info on which plan to get. I want to build a stich and glue. Please hel me if you can.thanks
