If it lhas not been too long since you glassed you might try hitting the white spots with a heat gun. BE CAREFUL! I had the same problem with the boat I'm just now finishing, sometimes this worked, sometimes not, the hull is now painted, the deck will be bright, (thanks to the heat gun) Hope this helps.
