I don't know the exact specs on the 1088 and 6566, but the 1088, I believe is the better or the two. On the other hand, with those prices, neither is all THAT good. Many folks here have tried the doorskins and had good success with them. I have some here that I will use on my S & G boats, but the one big problem with the door skins is that they are not of the highest quality materials and may have some voids in the inner ply. They can be spotted either by putting a strong light on the back side and it will show the spots, and sometimes you can just rub your hand or fingernail over the sheet and you will hear a difference in the sound as you go over a hollow. If you find them, you can either mark them and cut around or use a syringe and stick some epoxy into them.
