Hi Jack, you may have a leaky hull. A friend of mine had the same problem: we hung the boat upside down in his garage with the stern pointing out the door (into the sunlight). I put my head into the rear hatch and saw a pinpoint of light back where his endpour should be (we didn't do end-pours).
