End pours were spec'd on the S&G boats I built with my friend. We had thought of the end pours in relation to deck hardware but the end pours also make a waterproof fillet in the extreme ends of the boat. We had trouble making those fillets with dookie schmutz. This time I'll probably do a mini-end pour.
