I had the same problem, tried out several remedies, none of which worked. The local paddle shop guys recommended the final solution--soak the boots in Listerine mouthwash for a few days. I used a cheap copy of Listerine from a cut price drug store, making sure it had the same ingredients for half the price, and soaked them for three days. It took out all the stink. The only thing I've noticed since is that when my feet are very warm and wet in the boat, I get a good whiff of Listerine when I remove the spray skirt. That's 100 per cent better than the way they were, or throwing them out.

: to dry. Is there a solution to use on them? Bleach maybe? Can they handle
: a wash/dry cycle? Ive washed them before, but it took even longer to get
