I regret not sending you a note, that wont happen again. It was really a nice day, cloudy with a sprinkle, and dead calm.

I was suprized that the current wasnt stronger, it was only a knot or so if that. We went over to Pinnacle Point, stopped and walked around for awhile, and then went against the tide back up around Round Island, and in. I can see how that bay would get rough, it's pretty exposed to the west, and shallow. There were plenty of good-sized fish rolling, I assume they were salmon. Big ones, by the looks of it. Jeff pointed out, rightly, that when my Walrus is done next year, I'll have boats for five people, and we can take a camping party. That will be interesting! Is the island open year-round, and how is it later in the fall and winter?
