Hi Holli,

I have read all the other posts up to this time and they all seem helpful. The only "stain/dye"to use are analine dyes. These are inert dyes and have no effect on the epoxy. However, there are some problems. They are not sold in shades of mahogany, imbuia etc. etc. and they are normaly sold in bulk. The trick would be to get hold of your freindllllyyyy local industrial chemist person and pick his/her brain as to a source of supply. Mark of course will preempt this with 23 web sites all dedicated to the subject :)

The other trick is to epoxy in the normal maner and then paint over that with a nice graphic. I will be posting a similar photo in the not to distant future of a Cape Charles of one of my students.
