As you may be aware, I'm building my first kayak, and haven't had _any_ exposure to composites. I've read many times that MAS possesses properties (eg: low viscosity, no blush, etc.) that are favourable for those with zero or limited experience, and for that reason I will be chosing MAS over S3 or West; two very reputable manufacturers. I'm willing to pay for a more expensive product if it means fewer hassles, at least until I've gained enough experience/courage to experiment with other brands. As I wrote in a post (a few months ago), peace of mind is very valuable to me. :-)
