The Skimmer isn't foldable - but it can be taken apart & reassembled. It comes as kit - shipped in a box about 28" high & 14" square. Once it's initially assembled, then taken apart, the only tools needed for reassembly would be a screw driver, caulking gun & silicone caulk. Reassembly time would be 4 - 6 hours.
