> characteristics? Thanks in advance. I built one last year and am happy with it. I have heard it is easy to get it twisted but mine went together very nicely. I used 1/8 " luan and covered it inside and out with 6oz glass&epoxy. I had to add a skeg to get it a little more directionally stable. If i had it to do again i would make the stern plumb. The only time this boat is really stable is upside down. It only took a couple of hours to get comfortable with it though, and at 6'& size 11 feet i am pushing its capacity.( in size and weight) Super easy boat to paddle ! glides along with no effort at all. All in all a very nice flat water boat.
