Yes the frame is pvc tubing doubled ( small dia tube inside another ) laid on moulded forms. I filled the gap between the skin and forms with foam from a can to slow the filling of the boat durring capsize. A sea sock is probably the better solution. The skin folds are scored into the skin and cross the flutes. One piece of plastic for the hull two for the deck.

I bought it after a test paddle. I liked it because its stable, easy to build, looks good and a clever design. It's a day boat.
