I'd thought of that, but I would be inclined to just accept the waves hitting the braces. If the braces are only going through air, I wouldn't bother with the fairings (unless aesthetics driven). Speeds are low enough that aerodynamic drag will be small enough on existing shapes. I haven't done much multihull sailing, but most of the boats I see don't curve the braces.
