If the epoxy just looks a little white, it is not a problem. If it looks sort of muddy, like it is getting dirty, the epoxy might not be fully cured. If your sand paper is gumming up, this is probably the problem. If the sanding is going easily and you are getting a fine powder, don't worry about it.
