Thanks, Jay. Sounds like a perfect winter project.
Couple questions:
Is toner cheaper than graphite powder? I don't know, I've never priced the graphite.
Did you need to any any reinforcement underneath (e.g., foam blocks) to keep it from flexing or was it stiff enough with the layers you used?
