You're right, Mike, it was our friend on Hawaii, Paul Stomski, who tryed this out. According to the archive, he hasn't been posting anything since 12.august, but the link will take you, Mark, to the thread about Paul's molding experiment.
There's a variety of materials that can be used for this sort of molding, both foam that cures fast without air access or material as mentioned by John Waddington another place in this thread.
Anyway, read Pauls postings first, after all he did put it to work if i'm not mistaken.
And keep us posted on the result.
