Try this:

Go into options (View - Options for some browsers)

Network Preferences

Clear the Cache

Clear the history

Close browser (logoff 'Net)

From winows explorer find your cookies, and erase the one for Guillemot

Restart browser and go to bbs

Pick "Set Preference" on the bbs

make appropriate selections to your taste.
