Joe, Given Nick's earlier response that most people drove to NH, I'd vote for a split. IMHO, Northern CA is too far to drive from Seattle. It's abou 8 hours for me (Portland) and another 2 or 3 for Puget Sound. In all selfishness, I'd like to see something I could attend...

Also, Nick commented that the real problem is selecting a site where we can take over a whole beach. I have not yet seen an estimate of attendance from NH but this does not sound like an easy task.
