I know there are some builders on the southern OR coast, Coos Bay and Florence I think. Attendance-wise I still think our best bets are Seattle/Puget Sound, and So Cal. There is some really nice paddling on the lower Columbia River estuary, several big wildlife preserves. Take a look at Skamokawaa Lodge...
