Epoxies are waterproof, toxic and hard to use. Carpenter's glue is cheap, non-toxic and easy to use. Waterproof is superfluous, the fiberglass and epoxy on the outside is all the waterproofing you need. Make your life easier/safer, stick to yellow carpenters glue.
