Not that I agree with everything, but at least the answer is complete enough for people to understand what George's reasoning was. This lets people make up their own mind.

I've noticed the people on this BBS are smarter than they sometimes let on. They understand a wide variety of subjects at a pretty high level. Please don't just blow people off with a smart-ass answer. Alex's taunt was a little out of line, but George's original answer was not productive.

The purpose of this BBS is the exchange of information. If you have an opinion about something, state your reasoning and be prepared to defend your reasoning. No information is exchanged by in effect saying "You wouldn't understand". If you're reasoning is pretty sophisticated, so much the better, we want to hear it. Don't assume we can't understand it.
