When my kids were little, about 15-20 years ago, they had a Fisher-Price play family camping set, and (behold!) the top to the family 4x4 turned into a pram type boat. I always thought it was a neat idea, but the proportions were a little off, and you couldn't go fishing in the rain without the car seats getting wet. :-D
