We have developed a way where there is no runs no sag at all. All it requires is patience. After the wetout (where we squeegee most expoy back off so you can still see the weave) we use those yellow foam rollers made for epoxy to apply the fill the weave coats. We put each coat on very very very thin, so thin in fact that it usually takes at least 4 sometimes 5 additional applications to fill the weave. Just roll it out until you can't roll no more. We then put on a final coat that gets sanded off later. This results in almost no sanding at the end. We apply coats about 6 hours apart, just after it cures to avoid resanding between coats. After applying it with the foam roller we take a foam brush and go over it smoothing out any bubbles created by the roller. This has worked extremely well for us.
