Well folks I tried to fill out a few voids last night using the 'drill a hole and then use a syringe to inject the expoxy' method. As you can guess by my writing this didn't exactly go as well as expected.

First replace the word 'drill' with 'poke' otherwise you find out you void is a little bigger than you expected and you drill straight through the hull due to lack of resistance! I fixed, hopefully, that one with a little tape on the outside and a filling of epoxy. Thank goodness I was using a small bit!

Second I discovered that I didn't need to make some holes on some of the voids, they were already there, and quite happily leaked out the epoxy that I injected earlier. Now I _could_ have covered the surface with tape, but that would have meant a tape that would not have it's glue disolved by the epoxy, and generally you cannot see through those kinds of tape. Which make it a little difficult to see what you are doing.

So know I have about 10 quarter sized voids that are half filled, and one thru hole that hopefully fully filled. I think I dig back to the bare wood on the void that blew straight thru and refillet/retape. Any thoughts on finishing up the others? all else fails I'll use the duct tape.
