I was wondering If anyone has had any luck with a spar varnish from "rule". It's called "Classic 450 Gloss" and the people I bought It from also sould me the West System Product I have been using on my Panache and they say the two products should be compatable but I have had problems with it taking over two days to dry and even then it sands a little funny like its still a bit gummy. The directions on the can say its fast drying and works with temp as as low as 60 degrees and my shop is 68 to 70,I have stired it well and let it sit for an hour before appling and my test piece had 6 oz cloth and three coats of West System resin sanded with a 80 grit sand paper before appling the varnish.
