You'll note that forms 1/2, 1, 2, 15, 16, 16 1/2 all have slight discrepancies with the bow and end forms keel heights. The discrepancies of the deck peak heights are usually only .01", except for form 15 (.1" discrepancy). I presume from this that one aligns the forms to the deck peak dimension and ignores the keel height (except for fairing that form) as this area gets cut off anyway before the forms are attached to the relevant bow or stern form. Also missing is the top of forms 8,9, and 10. These areas are to be removed while making the cockpit cutout, but no info is given on how to lay out.
