There is some disagreement between the longitudinal form and the cross-sectional form. Although it appears big, at that point of the hull it does not make a big difference in the shape of the boat. You can either grind down the longitudinal form to match the sectional form, or leave it alone. It won't effect the shape much. I would leave it alone.
