Epoxy hardener

I am gathering materials for a guillemot. I plan on starting it in January. I have found a good deal on Interlux's Epiglass epoxy and hardener but I am concerned that the hardener might not be any good come time to glass. What is the shelf life of epoxy and their hardener's?
