Oops. It's a Guillemot from Newfound Woodworks. I "think" I have it figured out, but I'm not sure. I think the inner stems pieces should have been taped to the form before I started stripping. To late for those. The outer stem pieces (up to 4 on each end) should be laminated together and bent around the bow and stern. I re-read the stem section in Nick's book and it indicates 3 - 1/8" strips is about the right number to use.
The outer stem pieces are 40" long, inner stem 33".
