It is more intimidating to think about than to actually do.
Mix small batches and keep moving. You don't need to rush with epoxy. Unless the temperatures are in the high 80 degrees F, you will have plenty of time. Don't try to make every square inch look perfect. If the glass does not wet out immediately in spots do not keep push more epoxy into it. Keep moving and fill any dry spots after you have wet out the whole boat.
